By accessing and using ShieldOps services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

ShieldOps provides cloud security and compliance automation services, including but not limited to security audits, automated compliance engines, and managed security retainers.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of ShieldOps services are owned by ShieldOps and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

ShieldOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to our services will cease immediately.

7. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
